Home Warranty Program

1 Year Warranty

Foxridge Homes’ 1 year warranty covers defects in the following:

  • Any defect in materials, labor, and design with respect to the new home

  • Drywall crack and nail pop repair once at year-end. Paint not included

2 Year Warranty

National Home Warranty/Aviva 2 year warranty covers defects in the following:

  • Defects in materials, labor, and design supplied for the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning delivery and distribution systems

5 Year Warranty

National Home Warranty/Aviva 5 year warranty covers defects in the following:

  • Defects in the building envelope, including defects resulting in water penetration

  • Defects in materials, labor, and design supplied for the exterior cladding, caulking, windows, and doors that lead to detachment of, or material damage to the new home

10 Year Warranty

National Home Warranty/Aviva 10 year warranty covers the following:

  • Any structural defect

Foxridge Homes offers a one year service warranty to protect against defects in materials, labour, and design. If you discover a defect covered by the warranty, simply report it in writing to our office within one year from date of possession.
